Schedule and Payment Dates
Winter Intersession classes are offered at the main campus at Storrs and at the Avery Point, Hartford, Stamford and Waterbury regional campuses. Register now for all Winter Intersession classes.
Registration Begins – October 26, 2009
First Day of Classes – December 28, 2009
Payment Date – December 14, 2009
Last Day of Classes – January 15, 2010
Refunds
- A 100% refund of course fees is given if a class is dropped on or before December 30.
- A 50% refund of course fees is given if a class is dropped December 31 through January 1.
- No refunds are given for classes dropped after the deadlines listed above.
Winter Intersession courses are paid on a per credit basis for both in-state and out-of-state UConn students.
Total cost for typical 3-credit undergraduate course: $1,034
- Course fee for undergraduate courses is $318 per credit.
- Course fee for graduate courses is $525 per credit.
- Some courses have an additional materials fee of $15-$35.
- A one-time non-refundable winter enrollment fee of $45.
- There is a $50 late payment fee charged when full payment
has not been received by the session registration due date.
Payment Info:
Matriculated students who register after the December 14 payment deadline will have three days to submit their payment from the date they register before the $50 late fee applies.
Add & Drop Dates:
UConn undergraduates may add/drop classes through their Student Admin System account until the add/drop deadline of December 30.
